I have a question about the recipe "Avocado Dumplings in Curry Tomato Broth" from Megan Taylor. Is there a particular type of curry powder recommended? I'm not sure what is meant by 'yellow' curry powder?? Thanks.

Good question- recipes calling for premixed spice blends are awfully vague, as things like curry powder and chile powder can differ vastly from manufacturer to manufacturer- also, they tend to lean heavily on the cheaper ingredients; they also are likely to introduce things that you probably wouldn't include if making the dish from scratch. Curry powders are usually yellow from a lot of turmeric.
