I have a question about the recipe "Roasted Black Cod in Ginger Cilantro Broth" from Josh Cohen. I have the same question as Shawna, Suggestions are welcome!

Please let us know what your question is, so we can answer! I can't find any question from Shawna posted, and it's simpler if you state your own question; we'll be happy to try and help.
If your question is about a replacement for black cod, here is the standard answer: use whatever is fresh and available in your area that closely resembles the original fish in the recipe, namely a firm textured white fish.
Best of luck.
You can try to substitute for Black Cod but all else will be disappointing. Black cod is fatty and glorious. Nothing else compares
