Since no one who's tried it is stepping forward- you'd almost certainly be fine; cookies generally freeze very well because of a lack of moisture- these will pick up some moisture from the yoghurt, but it shouldn't be enough to worry about ice crystals; since the cookies are glazed after cooling, you shouldn't have a problem.
