I have a question about the recipe "One-Bowl Queen of Sheba Torte" from Alice Medrich. You say you can use all almond flour, curious what the difference is if using 2 T AP flour?

I would assume that the AP flour is added for the structure (gluten) that it provides, to hold the cake together. You'd probably have to sub another GF baking mix flour, not just almond flour.
