Yes, you can. I'd dress it lightly when you make it, and add more dressing the next day just before you serve it. If you put all of the dressing on when you make it, the salad may get watery by the next day.

I would also wait until just before serving to add the lime juice...so it still has fresh flavor that would be lost or diminish sitting overnight.
