Can I use unsweetened cocoa powder instead?

Hi foodie2811! Cool idea. I haven't tried that with this recipe, but I'm hopeful that you can! I'd start with 1/4 cup and increase from there. You also might need to adjust the water accordingly until it reaches a texture you love. If you give it a try, let me know!
