A question about a recipe: Food Processor Pound Cake

I have a question about the recipe "Food Processor Pound Cake" from Alice Medrich. Can a bundt cake pan be used to bake this instead of a loaf pan? Thank you.

You should be able to, but may have to scale the recipe up depending on the size of your bundt pan--fill it with water (or use this chart https://www.joyofbaking.com/PanSizes.html) to determine the capacity. A 4.5x8.5 inch loaf pan has a 6-cup capacity, so scale up accordingly, and check for doneness by temperature or the poke test, since the baking time will be different.

Thank you Emmie,
I purchased some 1/2 bundt pans so your tip regarding capacity on the loaf pan was extremely helpful!!

This should work, though I have not tried it. Be sure to prepare the pan properly.
