You should be able to, but may have to scale the recipe up depending on the size of your bundt pan--fill it with water (or use this chart https://www.joyofbaking.com/PanSizes.html) to determine the capacity. A 4.5x8.5 inch loaf pan has a 6-cup capacity, so scale up accordingly, and check for doneness by temperature or the poke test, since the baking time will be different.

I purchased some 1/2 bundt pans so your tip regarding capacity on the loaf pan was extremely helpful!!
