I have a question about the recipe "My New Favorite Zucchini Bread" from Dabblings. Is it okay to substitute GF flour in this recipe?

Since it’s three cups of flour i feel like that’s not a good idea, although you can certainly try using a GF all purpose flour like king authur’s.
There are a lot of recipes out there for GF zucchini bread though, so you’re probably better off starting with a recipe that was created and tested gluten free
