Recipe calls for "alot of garlic powder, is that a teaspoon or tablespoon? How much?

Since the author hasn't specified, I'd just give a generous shake or two over the pan of wings and call it a day. I don't think you can go wrong. If you feel more comfortable with a specific amount, go with the teaspoon or so and see how you like it the first time, then increase the next time you make it.
