I have a question about the recipe "Potato (Peel) Focaccia" from Lindsay-Jean Hard. Could this be baked in a cast iron pan?

If yours is really well seasoned that could work! Mine is not, and it stuck when I tried it.
I tried it and it worked great! I buttered AND oiled my cast iron and it worked out beautifully. I added garlic and rosemary when I punched the dough down. SO delicious :)
