A question about a recipe: Apple Turnovers With an All-Cheddar Crust

I have a question about the recipe "Apple Turnovers With an All-Cheddar Crust" from Emma Laperruque. Just prepped my dough for the Cheddar turnovers...there is no indication in the recipe regarding the approximate dimensions of rolling out the dough square. Would love an answer before I bake these off.

Step 7:

"Roll each dough square into a 6- by 6-inch square."

The accompanying YouTube vide seems to corroborate this at the 1:37 mark. Plus various images and screenshots of the finished product seem to match up as well.
