I have a question about the recipe "Matcha Snickerdoodles" from Ali Slagle. How do you mark the matcha snickerdoodles as not vegan? They have butter so should not be in that category. Thanks.
It seems this would take significant amount of work to develop this recipe into a vegan one. I would suggest finding a vegan snickerdoodle recipe and replacing a portion of the flour with matcha. 1 tbsp matcha/1 cup flour ratio is about right for most cookies.
