A question about a recipe: No-Churn Pumpkin Ice Cream

I have a question about the recipe "No-Churn Pumpkin Ice Cream" from Emma Laperruque. Would it be possible to make this in an ice cream maker? I’m assuming everything could be mixed together, I.e. not whipping the cream. But final texture may be different.

Hi Tracy! Whoa, I never thought about that. No-churn recipes (usually cream, sweetened condensed milk) are pretty different than churn ones (usually cream, milk, sugar, eggs). I'm guessing that the texture would be different (perhaps denser because the cream isn't whipped first?), but can't say for sure because I haven't tried it.
