I have a question about the recipe "Neapolitan Pound Cake" from Food52. Can this be made with milk alternatives (almond,coconut, etc in the tetrapaks?)

Probably yes.
As the original calls for whole milk (just under 4% fat), better to avoid the skim or low fat products.
