I have a question about the recipe "Pumpkin Pie Cobbler" from Erin McDowell. Is this pie dense? I love thicker pumpkin filling could I ommit 1 egg?

I do believe you could skip one egg and the filling would still set! But it is pretty dense, not light and fluffy!
