I haven't made this recipe before, but it seems that making this a day or two in advance, keeping it covered in foil in the fridge, and reheating it in the oven before your potluck should work just fine! You may want to add a little bit of extra cheese or splash of cream before reheating to keep it cheesy and prevent it from drying. I hope that helps answer your question and have fun at your potluck!
