14 lb turkey unstuffed cooked for 5 hours and still temp in breast is only 145. How much longer does it take. just turned temp up to 350 from 325.

Hi Eva - Your turkey should definitely be cooked by now. According to the USDA, your 15 lb. bird should have been ready in around 4 hours (https://www.fsis.usda.gov/wps/portal/fsis/topics/food-safety-education/get-answers/food-safety-fact-sheets/poultry-preparation/lets-talk-turkey/CT_Index). If the thigh has hit 160, you can take it out and let carryover cooking (foil the bird and let is rest for 20-30 minutes) do the rest, bringing the temp up to 165.
