Hi Eva - Your turkey should definitely be cooked by now. According to the USDA, your 15 lb. bird should have been ready in around 4 hours (https://www.fsis.usda.gov...). If the thigh has hit 160, you can take it out and let carryover cooking (foil the bird and let is rest for 20-30 minutes) do the rest, bringing the temp up to 165.
