Can you overcook a roast in the croc pot?

I put my roast on too early. It will be finished 4 hrs before it will be served. Will it be okay on low or warm setting?

You would have to define overcook for yourself, it's pretty individual matter.  Assuming you're referring to a pot roast, at some point the meat will fall apart completely; most people prefer to stop short of that.
