The recipe calls for 12 bunches of sage leaves. Is this correct? 12 bunches sounds like a very large quantity.

Thanks for your question -- it's supposed to be 12 large sage leaves. The word bunches was a mistake I made when I uploaded the recipe. It's fixed now.

I would use 12 leaves not twelve bunches. Way too much Sage!
