I have a question about the recipe "Instant Pot Chicken in Red Wine Sauce" from Ann Mah. Any modifications to use a crock pot, oven or stovetop pan with a lid instead of a pressure cooker
This recipe is an adaptation for Instant pot of a classic French recipe, coq au vin (old chicken in wine, nowadays any chicken).
Revert to that instead of tinkering with the instant-pot instructions.
Basically saute or brown the chicken and the aromatics, then braise about 40 minutes, make a sauce and serve.
