I'm puzzled by the "crushed garlic." Should it be sauteed with the onion? And maybe chopped first?

Hi there! For the garlic, just crush in a garlic crusher and add raw to the bowl with the dill and mint, cooked onion, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper to season, and the rice. If you don't have a crusher just chop it finely and add, or use a microplane. Enjoy!
