I have a question about the recipe "Dolma" from recordsintheden. I'm puzzled by the "crushed garlic." Should it be sauteed with the onion? And maybe chopped first?
Hi there! For the garlic, just crush in a garlic crusher and add raw to the bowl with the dill and mint, cooked onion, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper to season, and the rice. If you don't have a crusher just chop it finely and add, or use a microplane. Enjoy!
