I have a question about the recipe "Turmeric Sugar Cookies" from Emma Laperruque. I have visions of cutting these into star shapes for a holiday cookie platter... any thoughts on how to adjust the dough to be rolled and cut, if needed?
Hi Chrissy! Such a fun idea. I haven't tried rolling and cutting this dough into shapes—so I can't say for sure how it would turn out. I'd tried with a small portion of the dough first, just to make sure it'll work: Roll out the dough to 1/2-inch thick, cut out the shapes, and freeze until very firm. Then bake until golden brown, about 10+ minutes. Hope this helps—and if you give it a try, please let me know how it goes!
