I have a question about the recipe "Tahini (or Peanut Butter!) Brioche" from Sarah Jampel. Sarah - the headnote and directions reaffirm one needs a stand mixer for this recipe. In the years since you've been making it, did you find or hear of a way to make it without one? Strong hands that have made pasta from scratch? A strong hand mixer? Or shall I just revert to basic brioche for now?
