I have a question about the recipe "Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Tart" from Erin McDowell. What could I do with extra filling?
You could use them to top this burger:
Make an omelet and add a nice grated cheese.
Add to a grilled cheese sandwich.
Mix into some pasta with parm
Eat ontop of crackers or toast
Use as part of a grain bowl style meal
