I have a question about the recipe "1-2-3-4 Spareribs" from ChefJune. Any special tips for doubling this recipe? I have made it a few times with great results but now want to cook 3-4 lbs of ribs for a party.
I've doubled the recipe successfully. Often make a double! You should be fine.
I am going to be stove top constrained for this event. Would making them
in the AM. and reheating in oven seriously effect quality do you think?
