New Gas Range Recommendations

Can someone recommend a free-standing gas range under $2,000? I've checked consumer reports but online comments contradicted CR recommendations. Thank you

Seconding GE. I redid my kitchen last winter and after a lot of cost analysis (GE v Samsung v LG), went with a GE 30-in Profile slide-in stainless steel gas range that was ~$999 (I got mine around Black Friday at a good discount). I think freestanding tends to be a bit cheaper, so it should be within your price range. So far, the stove and oven have performed very well with heavy use, and aesthetically, the unit is very sleek.

I don't have a range but a cooktop by Jenn Air that I love! Over the years we've had great success with GE products. We had the kitchen updated recently and have a GE built-in that is fabulous! I think I'm cooking better because if it. I'm sure their full stoves are as wonderful. Good luck and happy cooking!
