A question about a recipe: Slow-Cooker Peruvian-American Pork Adobo

I have a question about the recipe "Slow-Cooker Peruvian-American Pork Adobo" from Carlos C Olaechea. If I made this in an Instant Pot, how long would I set it for?

Hi, Brian. It most certainly can be made in an instant pot. You would need to modify the recipe a bit, though. I would add 2 cups of stock instead of the 3 cups of stock. I'd cook it on high pressure for 30-45 minutes. 45 minutes will give you very tender meat.
