Just a size question?

Hi there,
After checking my spring form pan it's actually a 9 inch! Could I do 200 grams of everything and 5 eggs? I don't want to do 250 grams in case the cake turns out too high and doesn't cook evenly. Thank you.

Your pan is roughly 1 1/4 the size- I'd go with 150 g and 4 eggs.

ps- I'm assuming you're not in the mood for arithmetic- this could be calculated more exactly, but I think these measurements will work fine.
