I ended up with no sauce and just drippings... I believe I might have cooked the ribs too lond? followed the recipe but when I turned up the heat the 'sauce' separated and disappeared, Still got lots of compliments on the ribs but I was so disappointed.. any advice?
I had the same thought and hope to try it with chicken thighs. I have an allergy to meat (it's real, look up Alpha Gal) so I look at pork and beef recipes and think chicken, emu, duck. I've come up with some good things that way.
