Hi..What can I substitute for the capers in this recipe? Thanks

Anything pickled that you like...and chop it up to approximate the large-peppercorn size of the capers, so it disperses nicely through the salad.
Capers also provide salt, so taste the dish after chilling and before serving and add more salt if you feel it needs it.

Agree. Pickles like cornichons (diced), green olives (like castelvetrano, my favorite).
