Has anyone slow cooked this in the oven?

I have not slow cooked this particular recipe in the oven, but I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Follow the recipe as written, but braise tightly covered at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for at least three hours - check then and continue braising if the meat doesn't seem quite tender enough. Check every thirty minutes after that. ;o)
