If I had leftover lamb, from a roast leg of lamb, how would I modify this recipe since my lamb is already cooked?

Ok, I avoided answering so it didn't look like we were talking to ourselves, but no one else has jumped in.
If you're starting with cooked lamb, you don't NEED the ingredients in the marinade, but you MAY want to add some of them to the curry sauce for flavor.
Start cooking steps at the curry.
In original recipe, it takes nearly 1.5 hour to cook, and the lamb is cooking in that about half an hour.
I would add the lamb for the last 20 minutes or so. If you're concerned about food safety, start the lamb sooner and cook until its internal temperature reaches 165F.

Clarify...
The marinated raw lamb cooks for half hour.
I recommend the already cooked lamb be heated for 15-20 min.
