Making biscuits I want to double the recipe. What do I double and does the cooking g temperature change

As Emma said, temperature doesn't change. All that changes is that you'll likely have to divide the dough into 2 or more portions, roll out to just about the dimensions indicated and cut out, either with biscuit cutters or cutting into squares depending on the instructions. If the recipe is not a roll-and-cut recipe but a drop recipe, simply follow the instructions; you may need to do several batches of baking, keeping the remainder of the dough in the fridge. Homemade biscuits are the best--have fun!

Hi! To double the recipe, just double all the ingredient quantities, and then proceed as usual. You'll probably have to bake them in more rounds in the oven, but keep the oven temperature and cook time the same. While you're baking one round, keep the extra dough in the fridge to avoid it getting too warm (which would lead to flatter, denser biscuits).
