Anyone have a terrific recipe for a Tres Leches Cake?

I was at a Mexican restaurant at lunchtime today and several tables started talking - two people said that their favorite dessert ever is a Tres Leches cake. I've never been impressed by the ones I've had, and I've had trouble finding a good recipe. I know I want it to be moist, but NOT soggy. Does anyone know of a good recipe?

Thanks, everyone. I'll see what I can do with these suggestions. I don't really care for either whipped cream or fruit, so I'll have to see what I can do in place of those things.

I use Alton Brown's recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/tres-leche-cake-recipe/index.html.

I haven't tried it yet, but this month's Food and Wine has a recipe that looks good. http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/tres-leches-cake-with-strawberries Also, I recall that the newish cookbook "My Sweet Mexico" has a good recipe as well.

oops I meant to say I don't do the icing. The cake really has a lot of structure so it doesn't get soggy, it really is nice and moist with the 3 milks.

I absolutely love this recipe from Emeril. I don't do the topping. I use the cake recipe and the cream topping. I top that with freshly whipped cream and strawberries (or other berries if available). It gets raves. I make this often.
