How far in advance can I make this and how is it best keep fresh? Can I freeze (but glaze before serving)? Thank you

This recipe is similar to that for banana bread and it can be frozen, after cooling, with no frosting or glaze, tightly wrapped, up to 4 months

PS. About 2 days at room temp, or a week in the fridge.
