I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but...rice is almost never keto friendly. A typical keto diet is about 70% fat, 15%protein, and 15% carbs. This rice is like 80% carbs, 10% protein, and 10% fat. I'm eyeballing the %, but it's mostly carbs. Sorry
Do not worry. I knew it would not be something I could pig out on like my old days, but this looks like a perfect side on a cheat meal day, say with Vegetable Spring Rolls and Shrimp Pad Thai. Thanks for your help.
