water one must use.. - Is it still safe to use this turkey? Just ran in hot water 5 minutes, is now in cold.

Entire Question did not get posted - I just ran hot water over frozen -in bag turkey for about 5 min, then read about thawing....its in cold water now, and will turn every 30 minutes, with new water...but is it still safe to use this turkey??
