Hello, wondering if this dough can be frozen and baked at a later time? Thank you!

I haven't tried to, but I would not hesitate for a minute to do so. The fact that the recipe calls for the dough to be chilled says to me that freezing should work just fine. Please let us know if you try it, and if so, how the cookies turn out! ;o)
