I have several questions for this recipe. 1. And most important, it lists baking powder in the directions but doesn't say how much in the ingredients. 2. I think baking powder instead of soda is unusual in persimmon cookies, so wondering if that is correct. 3. The bake time seems quite long but maybe because the persimmons aren't fully ripe. 4. That's a lot of cloves! There are no reviews so I can't look there for answers to my questions. Thanks for any information/clarification.
