Need specifics with Ingredients

The recipe list is vague for my amateur self. Plain yogurt... is that Greek yogurt? What type of oil is considered neutral flavored... like a light olive oil? And butter... I assume unsalted butter, is that right? Plan to make today. Excited! Looks amazing.
