Is this better served warm or room temperture?

Try it both ways and decide yourself. After all, that's what truly matters.

I would likely eat this at room temperature. Undoubtedly my mom would prefer it warmed up a little. Who is right? We both are.

you could do either. have made it ahead and then warmed it in the oven before serving it. it's really good no matter what.
