about a dipping sauce

how do you make the peanut sauce that goes with chicken satay. a good friend from manchester nh would like to know and I want to surprise her wit answer

1/2 cup peanutbutter
1tbsp rice vinegar
1tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos(or tamari)
squeeze lime
add sirachi to taste
add warm water for the consistency you prefer
