Of course you can. You'd cook them like you would any other dried bean, timing it according to the type you are using. It will take anywhere from 20-40 minutes, roughly, for beans you cook from the dry state. It takes a lot less time for beans which have soaked. The official Instant Pot site has a timing guide available, and I suggest you start there to determine the precise time to try. I would be honest with you though, and tell you that the texture of a bean that is baked in the oven is nothing like one cooked in a pressure cooker or even on the stove. So while you can cook beans in any of those ways, the results vary according to the method you use.
