Anybody have an easy recipe for Shepherd's Pie?

Just how "easy" ?
1lb of ground beef. Cook and drain.
a cup or so of frozen mixed veggies.
Mix together with a prepared Knorrs brown gravy mix.
Put in a Casserole dish and top with instant mashed potatoes, spray with Pam and bake until potatoes are brown on top.
(I feel dirty now).

Made this the day before a "Snowmageddon" event in Chicago this winter to make sure we had plenty of leftovers to tide us over for a couple of days trapped inside. Tasted great fresh... and out of the fridge.
