I have a question about the 1 tablespoon of vegetable broth in your ingredients list. On the line above this you say 3/4 cup. Is it 3/4 cup broth?

I am the author of the recipe. It should be 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon vegetable broth (200 ml). The plus somehow doesn't display. I changed the recipe to 3/4 cup (180 ml) since the amount of broth will be sufficient. Just make sure to give the salad some time to soak in the dressing - a few hours in a cool place would be perfect!
