I have a question regarding measurements

The recipe calls for:
15 oz or 390 grams of all purpose flour; however, 15 oz is 425 grams

6 oz or 200 grams of sugar; however, 6 oz is 170 grams.
Which measurement is correct the ounce or gram measurement.

Someone who commented on the recipe said she used gram measurements and the cookies came out perfectly. I hope this helps. ;o)
P.S. I share your frustration with volume / mass measures that don’t make sense!

Thank you Antonia. I did the same and added one egg yolk and that seemed to help with the dough not being quite as dry.
