Make ahead yay or nay? How to reheat?

Can I prepare this a day ahead of the festivities? If so, how do I reheat? Ty!

Hi Maria, you can definitely make this the day before. I would do everything up until the point of adding the vingegar. The next day, rewarm the greens in a saucepan over medium low heat; once they're hot stir in the vinegar and check the seasoning because it may need adjusting after chilling overnight. Then transfer the greens to a serving dish and top with the breadcrumbs. The reason I'd hold off adding the vinegar until the next day is because it may discolor the greens slightly, if left to sit.
