Accidentally froze aged eggnog
I made the aged eggnog shown on your Instagram page recently and instead of putting it in the fridge, I put it in the freezer thinking the alcohol wouldn’t let it freeze, but it did. Not rock hard, but soft serve texture.
Now- I don’t want to consume it until next week, so I’m wondering if I should rather leave it frozen and just transfer to the fridge a day before serving? Instead of transferring to the fridge now which might make it not good anymore by next week. Thanks!

So exciting that you made the recipe! My concern with freezing it would be that you'd be inhibiting all the interesting stuff that happens by aging in an environment thats more friendly to that process (aka not a freezer).
I think it will still be delicious coming from frozen but I would maybe transfer to the fridge for optimal "aged" effect. It will absolutely be edible and tasty either way.
Hope this helps!
