Storing kale chips?

Made a huge batch of kale chips for a cocktail party (used One Hungry Mama's excellent recipe) and have some leftover, any advice for storage? I'm guessing an airtight container on the counter is good for a couple of days. Thoughts?

I have been baking these tasty snacks and I've been storing them in a brown paper bag - ziploc makes them a tad softer.
