i also loved the marcia adams cookbook and use it often. the recipes work and are delicious.

Mildred Haney Ryerson wrote a cookbook, "Cooking in Upcountry Pennsylvania" that was reprinted in 2000. You may be able to find it on eBay. You can possibly obtain in through this site: http://www.webspawner.com/users/upcountrycooking/

Get the book "Cooking from Quilt Country" by Marcia Adams. It's out of print, but you can find it on amazon.It's one of my favorite books. Many years ago she had a PBS series that I still have fond memories of. I grew up around the Amish and found her recipes to be spot on.
